Job summary

Signal of Memphis is seeking an Operations Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and manage daily site activities for our team of officers in Memphis, TN. You will collaborate with the Director to ensure efficient operations, staffing, and client satisfaction while upholding our service standards.

The role requires 2+ years of management experience, a Tennessee security license (or ability to obtain within 30 days), and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct daily site activities for security officers.
• Support Director in improving efficiency and on-site service quality.
• Ensure shifts are staffed and times off requests are managed in advance.
• Monitor KPIs and operational priorities to meet client expectations.
• Develop officers and supervisors through training, coaching, and feedback.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
