Job summary

Gen II Fund Services, LLC is seeking an IT Security Analyst to join our Technology team in the United States. You will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of IT security systems, including auditing and reporting on security posture to protect client data and operations.

The role blends hands-on security work with collaboration across Infrastructure and Compliance, offering training and growth opportunities within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 2+ years’ experience implementing and managing Microsoft.
• Experience managing a SIEM solution.
• Experience with ISO27001 and information security best practices.
• CompTIA+ Security or equivalent certification.
• Ability to train end users on security best practices.
• Experience with vulnerability and incident management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and support internal and external infrastructure systems.
• Manage SIEM dashboards and alerts; escalate security events as needed.
• Lead security awareness training and phishing exercises.
• Remediate vulnerabilities with IT support teams.
• Develop security controls documentation and operating instructions.
• Provide staff training on security system usage.
