Job summary

Precise Systems seeks an Operations Security Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer, delivering in-person security and administrative support. You will handle day-to-day operations, prepare documentation, and coordinate with government personnel to maintain security posture. Candidates should have a BA/BS or equivalent, 3–10 years of experience, and be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

U.S. citizenship is required; on-site work, and a commitment to integrity and accuracy are

Qualifications

• Three to ten years of related experience.
• Experience with DTS, NAVAIR correspondence, and DISS desirable.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations.
• Screen and distribute all correspondence.
• Maintain the Program Office Awards Master List and nomination criteria.
• Prepare COOP and emergency procedures desk cards; submit for review.
• Prepare and update floor plans, org charts, seating charts; coordinate facility work.
• Develop and maintain contact lists; respond to muster drills.
• Review program documentation and provide recommendations.
• Prepare briefs and presentations for various audiences.
• Create and edit professional copies for program briefs and executive level presentations.
• Provide conference room support, AV/VT setups; DCO meetings.
