Westgate Resorts seeks a Command Center Security Officer to support nationwide emergency management, corporate security, and incident monitoring across our resort portfolio. The role connects field teams, resort leadership, and emergency responders by monitoring systems and providing real-time situational awareness during routine operations and emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• FEMA ICS-100 and ICS-700 certifications preferred.
• Experience in SOC/GSOC/EOC environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and access control across Westgate properties.
• Serve as primary communications hub during incidents.
• Maintain situational awareness via live feeds and alerts.
• Coordinate emergency response with police, fire, and EMS.
• Prepare incident reports and executive summaries.
• Provide real-time updates to executives and response teams.
