Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking an OC Operator to respond to alarm activations, monitor video, and assist with security access for clients. The role requires strong customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office Environment in Falls Church, VA.

Responsibilities include coordinating with IT and service teams, updating client data, handling special clearances, and supporting with administrative tasks. Multilingual abilities are a plus, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma. Advanced education/associate degree preferred.
• Prior customer service and/or security experience.
• NTX and Alarmist qualified a plus.
• Multilingual a plus.
• Extensive on the job training will be provided.
• Neat, professional appearance.
• Available to work various shifts and holidays as needed.
• Excellent customer service skills and phone demeanor.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Basic and routine troubleshooting capability – some data analysis may be required.
• Ability to interface and communicate with customers and co-workers in a clear and professional manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking capability.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Good typing skills and ability to operate a standard computer terminal and keyboard.
• Perform detailed work, interpret data, and apply knowledge and/or skills within a time-sensitive call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarm activations and inform clients of security events.
• Monitor and analyze video for security incidents.
• Assist clients with building and elevator access security.
• Handle special projects and perform administrative duties as required.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues.
• Respond to building emergencies as per Kastle policies and procedures.
• Maintain neat and organized Operations Center work areas.
• Support with installations and field service communications as needed.
