Job summary

Bealls Inc. is seeking an SOC Operator for the 2nd shift (12 PM–9 PM) at our Bradenton, FL facility. You will monitor CCTV activity, respond in real time to incidents, and support store teams to deter theft and reduce loss. This role requires quick decision-making, teamwork, and clear communication.

Starting pay is $18/hour with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates are proactive, focused, and able to work well under pressure in a collaborative SOC environment.

Responsibilities

• Review reports to identify potential fraud or theft.
• Maintain focus during extended monitoring periods.
• Report CCTV or system concerns to leadership.

SOC Operators don’t just observe – they take action in real time to stop theft in progress while supporting store teams, influencing behavior, and reducing loss. This is a fun, team-driven environment where focus, awareness, and communication matter, with collaboration across SOC teams in Texas and Florida.
