Job summary

Bealls, Inc. in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Security Operations Center Operator for the 2nd shift (12PM–9PM).

Based at our Bradenton SOC, you will monitor live CCTV, respond in real time to deter theft, and support store teams across the country. You will work with Loss Prevention partners, document incidents, escalate to law enforcement when needed, and help reduce shrink while staying focused during extended monitoring periods.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask and maintain focus for extended periods.
• Ability to make sound decisions and remain calm under pressure.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV activity to identify theft and support case development.
• Communicate in real time with store teams and Loss Prevention partners.
• Escalate incidents to law enforcement when necessary.
• Document incidents in our internal Case Management System.
• Review reports and analyze activity to identify potential fraud or theft.
• Maintain focus during extended monitoring periods.
