Job summary

Bealls Inc. is seeking an SOC Operator for the 2nd shift (12 PM–9 PM) at our Bradenton, FL facility. You will monitor CCTV activity, respond in real time to incidents, and support store teams to deter theft and reduce loss. This role requires quick decision-making, teamwork, and clear communication.

Starting pay is $18/hour with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates are proactive, focused, and able to work well under pressure in a collaborative SOC environment.

Qualifications

• Able to stay focused during extended monitoring periods.
• English fluent; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV to identify theft and support case development.
• Communicate in real time with store teams and Loss Prevention.
• Escalate incidents to law enforcement when necessary.
• Document incidents in internal Case Management System.
• Review reports to identify potential fraud or theft.
• Maintain focus during extended monitoring periods.
• Report CCTV or system concerns to leadership.
• Support team objectives and additional tasks.
