Bealls Inc. is seeking an ECommerce Coordinator (Flex) to join our Bradenton studio team.

The role involves preparing products for online sale, writing descriptions for multiple styles per hour, and collaborating with photographers and merchants to resolve issues. You will help manage product information, support online merchandising, and maintain daily website updates while working in a hybrid environment at Bealls' Bradenton offices.

Qualifications

Work in a collaborative setting with other coordinators, photographers, and merchants as you prepare products to sell online. **Job Functions:** * Work up to 32 hours/week, on an as needed basis * Manage the flow of products through production studio to sell online * Write product descriptions for 15 unique styles each hour * Answer and resolve any merchandise issues from merchant and Ecommerce teams * Assist in online merchandising of businesses as needed * Manage product information edits and website maintenance * Partnership, Support, and Integration: * Manage flow of product in and out of the photo studio, working closely with photographers and * central fulfillment center staff * Organize products to ensure maximum efficiency to list products to website daily * Build and maintain cross functional relationships with peers, managers, and staff **Experience/Qualifications:** * High School diploma * Retail experience preferred * Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills * Strong attention to detail with a customer-first approach * Excellent verbal and written communication * Natural leadership abilities and team-building skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel * Comfortable with technology and the ability to learn new programs and platforms * Ability to work constructively in a team environment where brainstorming and collaboration are * standard * Ability to work varying hours and schedules that may include days, mid-shifts, nights, weekends, * and holidays * Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures * Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-process environment **Physical Demands:** * Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job * functions with or without reasonable accommodations * Must be able to climb stairs to access Studio * Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry at least 20 pounds This position is based in our Photo Studio at 1806 38th Ave E, Bradenton, FL 3420 When it comes to finding the right fit, we know there is a lot to consider.
