Job summary

UPS is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to identify, investigate, and analyze threats to the enterprise, including physical security, geopolitical risk, and cyber threats. You will monitor sources, produce briefings, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The role supports the Corporate Security Intelligence Center, with responsibilities spanning engagement, information sharing, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Experience in intelligence analysis, security operations, investigations, or fraud analysis.
• Ability to analyze complex information and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with external agencies and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate, and analyze threats to the UPS enterprise, including physical security, geopolitics, fraud, and cyber threats.
• Monitor sources and inform written and verbal briefings for UPS customers.
• Maintain internal and external contacts, support responses to security directives, and ensure actionable intelligence.
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Analytics teams.
