Job summary

UPS Corporate Security Intelligence Center seeks an analyst to identify, investigate, and analyze threats to the UPS enterprise, including physical security, geopolitical risk, fraud, and cyber threats. You will monitor sources, inform briefings, and develop actionable intelligence for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, Security Management, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in intelligence analysis, security operations, investigations, fraud analysis, or law enforcement/government engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engagement with external agencies and senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and open source/social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internal and external entities and coordinate engagements.
• Develop, maintain, and contribute to communication and information-sharing agreements with external entities to ensure compliant engagement.
• Support responses to security directives, requests for information, and time-sensitive engagement needs.
• Produce timely, actionable intelligence to support risk mitigation and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate across Security, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Analytics teams.
