Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a Trust Operations Analyst to advance the security operations program. The role involves real-time log analysis, threat detection, incident response, and collaboration with the team to strengthen DigiCert’s security posture.

You’ll analyze exploits, manage alerts, and help maintain security hygiene while supporting incident response activities and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT or related technical discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of information security design concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service orientation and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform in-depth log analysis.
• Experience responding to security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis of security threats and problems.
• Manage and evaluate security alerts and detections.
• Work through tickets and resolve per defined SLAs.
• Participate in Security Incident Response and analysis of incidents.
• Assist in configuring, managing, and maintaining security software and systems.
• Collaborate within a team and independently when needed.
• Stay current on threats and audit framework updates.
• Evaluate new tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide metrics to management and feedback for improvements.
• Support compliance audits and related activities.
