The position requires flexibility for rotating shifts and on-call duties, with opportunities to contribute to threat intelligence, testing, and documentation while advancing security capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associates degree with relevant IT/security experience or Cybersecurity program.
• Experience in system administration, help desk, or security roles.
• Hands-on ability with cybersecurity concepts and non-degree qualifications accepted.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security technologies for suspicious activity.
• Analyze alerts and respond to threats in real time.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on threat intelligence and incident response.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Maintain flexibility in a fast-paced SOC/CIRC environment.
• Ensure cybersecurity remains central to all tasks.
• Participate in rotating shifts and on-call duties 24x7.
