Trend Micro is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Security Ontology team in Austin. This role focuses on building and scaling the Security Knowledge Graph, ontology services, and AI-integrated memory systems for enterprise security products.

You will partner with Product, Architecture, Data Platform, Security Research, and AI/ML teams to deliver semantic models, canonical entities, and reusable patterns across product schemas.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams
• Strong background in distributed systems and data-intensive apps
• Experience designing and operating high-scale data ingestion and knowledge graphs
• Familiarity with graph databases and semantic modeling
• Security domain knowledge is a strong plus

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering delivery of the Security Ontology platform from planning to production
• Define and drive the ontology, knowledge graph, and services roadmap
• Mentor engineers and build a scalable, high-performing team
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Data Platform, Security, and AI/ML teams
• Establish standards for API design, testing, and production operations
