Job summary

Titan Security Group is hiring Security Officers to support operations at client sites in Wixom, Michigan. The role emphasizes front-desk service, access control, event monitoring, and incident reporting.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a HS diploma or GED, capable of lifting 50 lbs, walking patrols, and passing background checks. Evening/weekend shifts and bilingual skills are a plus; benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty, including directions and general business information.
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for Titan Security management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Bilingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
• Driver's license not required, but license and satisfactory DMV history allows broader assignment to a vehicular mobile patrol
