Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking Security Response / Flex Officers to cover several locations in the Metro Detroit area. The role offers a flexible, set-hours-free schedule and exposure to a dynamic security environment.

Open availability is required and candidates must be able to work all shifts including days, afternoons, overnights and weekends. Responsibilities include patrolling on foot and by vehicle, monitoring CCTV and access control, writing detailed reports, responding to emergencies,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Previous security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols to deter and detect security threats.
• Monitor and operate security technology, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and incident reporting software.
• Write detailed and professional reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, and incidents, following company and client protocols.
• Enforce company and client policies, including safety procedures, trespassing, and unauthorized access.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional security presence.
• Adapt quickly to new environments, client expectations, and site-specific procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position features a flexible schedule with no set hours, offering a dynamic work environment for the right candidate. Open availability is required. Candidates must be willing and able to work all shifts (days, afternoons, overnights, and weekends).
