Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Security & Emergency Services Officer to help keep Greenspring Village safe and thriving. You will patrol a 60-acre campus, greet guests at the gatehouse, and assist with non-emergency needs, becoming a trusted presence for residents and families.

After 45 days, you will participate in the EMR program and receive EMR training, with full-time shifts 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am. The role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in a mission-driven

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license required (good driving record).
Prior security experience preferred.
Ability to interact professionally with residents, staff and guests.
Ability to document daily activities clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

Participate in interior and exterior patrols of buildings and grounds.
Conduct safety checks in support of Life Safety and OSHA compliance.
Receive non-emergency calls and respond timely by radio or telephone.
Respond to community emergencies, including fires, weather events, and evacuations.
Create a positive first impression of the community.
Screen all vehicle and pedestrian traffic entering the community.
Document visitors and vendors and issue parking passes.
