As a Security Officer with Active Clearance Unarmed Patrol in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with personnel and visitors, and document activities accurately. Pay Rate: $34.06 / Hour

• Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization of personnel and visitors in accordance with site requirements, maintaining accurate visitor and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership while supporting a professional environment and protecting sensitive operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess an active DoD TS-SCI clearance.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
