Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Active TS SCI Security Clearance Patrol in Saint Louis, MO. You will serve clients across aerospace/defense sectors, monitor areas, conduct routine patrols, and deliver excellent customer service.

This full-time role requires TS-SCI clearance, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: active DoD TS-SCI clearance, customer service experience preferred, state/local security license preferred, comfortable using a computer or tablet, age 18+ for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles, high school diploma or equivalent, background check and drug screening required, licensing may be required, driver’s license for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, structured manner; document observations per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking locations, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, report irregularities to site contacts and leadership.
• Maintain daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation following client and Allied Universal procedures.

As a Security Officer Active TS SCI Security Clearance Patrol in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $34.06 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned facilities, controlled-access areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and report irregularities or policy violations to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while following applicable client and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD TS-SCI clearance.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
