Job summary

Freeman Health System in the United States is seeking an admissions leader to oversee admissions staff across multiple locations, including East Women's Pavilion and Urgent Care sites. You will guide patient intake, ensure policy compliance, and report key statistics to the Director.

Strong hospital-based experience and knowledge of verification, pre-certification, and medical necessity for insurance plans are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of verification, pre-certification and medical necessity of insurance plans including governmental agencies.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Responsible for managing admissions staff and processes in outlining locations such as (East Women's Pavillion, Urgent Care locations).
• Responsible for reporting statistical date to Director.
• Ensure that the hospital collection policy is being followed.
