Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer for weekends to protect people and property at Auxvasse, MO. The role covers patrols, monitoring systems, access control, and rapid response to emergencies to maintain a safe environment.

No experience is required, and the position emphasizes customer service, calm decision-making, and adherence to safety protocols. Compensation is $18.00 per hour with benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment that protects employees, customers, and visitors from harm.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents to minimize risk and damage.
• Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and legal compliance standards.
• Protect sensitive information and intellectual property from unauthorized access.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, & entry points to identify potential security risks.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.

Job description

Security Officer - Weekends Only!

Site Location: Auxvasse, MO

Wage: $18.00/Hour

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 6am - 2pm

No Experience Necessary.

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.
