As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, team-focused culture built on integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation at Allied Universal.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.07 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial work areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting entries, incidents, and observations accurately.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as directed.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly facility environment by reporting hazards, damaged property, and other conditions that may require attention.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
