Allied Universal® is seeking a part-time Security Officer to join our Supply Warehouse team in Bohemia, NY. You will provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while patrolling and enforcing site security procedures during DayTime Tue 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM and Thu 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shifts.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing, warehouse, loading dock, parking, and perimeter areas to identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain logs for patrol activities, incidents, access control, and observations.

Pay Rate: $19.07 / Hour

DayTimeTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing, warehouse, loading dock, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required logs for patrol activities, incidents, access control, and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
