Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• State/county/city security license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers at a food and beverage production location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification, credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation; issue visitor badges and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, and equipment concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and documenting events as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking areas, perimeter locations, and designated production-support areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
