• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and delivery personnel at a healthcare front desk by following site-specific policies and security-related procedures.
• Monitor access to the facility, greet and screen visitors, verify credentials as required, and direct individuals to appropriate departments or waiting areas.
• Maintain visitor logs, issue and collect visitor badges as applicable, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Monitor front desk activity and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership or site management.

What You’ll Do:
