You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $23.85 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time, Sat 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Sun 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a high-profile aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials consistent with site requirements, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support Allied Universal and site leadership with incident reporting, shift activity logs, and other assigned duties related to security-related operations and customer service.

Minimum Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
