Responsibilities

You will conduct the following responsibilities upholding Tarian's commitment to safety and security while supporting the values and culture of the client and community.

• Act as a highly visible deterrent to criminal activity with professionalism.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining safety.
• Notify supervisors and client staff of irregularities, suspicious activities, breaches, and hazards.
• Write and submit standardized reports promptly and accurately.
• Patrol and observe client property using in-person or surveillance methods.
• Respond to emergency situations per policies & procedures.
• Coordinate and assist first responders on-site.
• Apply policies and procedures based on circumstances.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college is desirable.
• Reliable transportation accessible without restriction.
• Legal work authorization in the U.S.
• Flexibility to work various hours.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
• Energetic, focused, with initiative and good judgment.
• Background check, references, and drug screening required.
• Ability to write effective reports and basic computer skills.
• Effective situational assessment skills.

Working Conditions

• Always alert and observant.
• Occasionally lift/move up to 80 lbs.
• Long periods of walking, standing, bending, and stooping.
• Visual acuity including color and peripheral vision.
