Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer.

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. They act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions, and report suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may threaten the property, clients, guests, or employees at the site.

• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Dailypay available
• Must have open availability
• Schedule: varies
• Location: Atlanta, GA

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license, at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Available to work at multiple locations, covering various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Physical requirements: work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds occasionally, climb stairs or ladders, stand or walk for long periods.
