Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and utility customers while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, service disruptions, and other critical situations in a calm, professional manner; document activities and notify designated personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records as required.
• Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports, shift handoffs, and report hazards or suspicious activity.

Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and utility customers while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, service disruptions, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility facilities, buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Complete detailed daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, or suspicious activity to designated personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
