Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing location while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and document visitor activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm, problem-solving approach and escalate as needed.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift handoff communications while monitoring changing conditions.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications while maintaining awareness of changing conditions throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
