Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and maintain visitor, delivery, and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment at a technology, media, and telecommunications location through professional communication and adherence to post orders.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
