Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, employees, and vendors by following site-specific procedures at a healthcare location.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
• Monitor access to the facility and direct individuals to appropriate departments while reporting unauthorized access or unusual activity to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Answer phones, provide general information, coordinate visitor access, and complete required reports and documentation for security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
