Pay Rate: $17.49 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Sat 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting and directing visitors, verifying access authorization, and maintaining visitor sign‑in records in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor entrances, lobby activity, and applicable access control systems, reporting unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, and security‑related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security‑related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
