Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, maintaining a professional presence throughout the property.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and reporting requirements.
• Document observations, patrols, and incidents accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

You will conduct routine unarmed patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, respond to alarms and security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.30 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime: Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.


• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, maintaining a professional presence throughout the property.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and reporting requirements.


• Document observations, patrols, and incidents accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.


• Preferred: Comfortable using a computer or tablet.


• At this site, there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and a rustic guard shack.


• Preferred: Experience using alarm panels.


• Preferred: Customer service experience.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
