Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Reporting in Tolleson, AZ. You will monitor and patrol interior/exterior areas, control access, and provide exceptional customer service in a manufacturing and industrial setting.

This full-time role requires minimal violence and a focus on safety, integrity, and timely reporting. You will work with a responsive team and utilize smart tools to manage shifts and incidents.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including production spaces, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and reporting unauthorized access or unusual conditions.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Reportingin Tolleson, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and communicate professionally with employees and visitors.
