Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by federal, state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories as per applicable laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

• Conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter to report concerns.
• Monitor access and verify credentials; assist with visitor and contractor check-in per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly; document observations and notify site contacts or emergency responders.
• Prepare clear patrol and incident reports and share information with Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as required, and assist with visitor and contractor check-in procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
