Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Morning Security Officer (Unarmed) in Glendale, OR. You will patrol, monitor access, and provide customer service while upholding Allied Universal values.

This role offers a morning schedule on weekends with $17.00 per hour pay and opportunities to grow within a dynamic security team. You will work within a manufacturing and industrial environment, ensuring safety and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine rounds, communicate clearly, and provide exceptional customer service while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-oriented, and integrity-driven values.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM
• Sun: 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
