The position is full-time with a pay rate of $10.00 per hour. Work hours are early morning shifts across a 5-day schedule, emphasizing safety, communication, and adherence to site procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• As a condition of employment, candidates will undergo a background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to site procedures.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security activities in reports and communicate to site leadership.

• Fri: 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Sat: 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Sun: 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain required visitor and vehicle logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security‑related activities in accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
