Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed in Brownsville, TX to monitor and safeguard clients across manufacturing and industrial locations. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security procedures and incident response.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorization, and maintain entry/exit records.
• Respond to incidents and alarms, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Observe and report unusual conditions and complete incident reports and shift documentation.

Pay Rate: $10.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Tue: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Wed: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Thur: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Fri: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial production areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain required entry, exit, and vehicle records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, equipment concerns, and policy violations; complete accurate incident reports and shift documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
