The role offers a full-time schedule with afternoon shifts and a pay rate of $19.75 per hour.

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour

• Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM


• Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM


• Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM


• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM


• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.


• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, loading docks, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.


• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site‑specific procedures, documenting observations and communicating concerns to appropriate personnel.


• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents, patrols, maintenance concerns, and other security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Access control and badge experience is preferred.


• CPR certification is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
