Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Part Time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Webster, TX to monitor areas, deter incidents, and deliver courteous service at an entertainment venue and retail sites. You'll work Fri 7:00 PM - 1:00 AM and Sat 7:00 PM - 1:00 AM, earning $17.50 per hour.

The role emphasizes customer service, visible presence, and adherence to site policies while supporting a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the entertainment venue, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe guest activity, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with directing guests, providing information, and supporting a welcoming environment while maintaining a visible security-related presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
