Allied Universal in Houston, TX is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Asset Protection. This role offers reliable, fixed shift hours and opportunities to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

You will provide customer service, perform patrols, monitor access, and document incidents. The position requires 18+ (21+ for armed) and a high school diploma; background check and drug screen are part of the process.

Qualificações

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, customers, and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, ATM locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and security‑related issues according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Asset Protection in Houston, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeFri08:00 AM - 06:15 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
