Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Patrol Security Officer in Riverside, CA to safeguard government facilities and provide exceptional customer service. You will perform routine patrols, monitor access points, and respond professionally to incidents while reporting findings promptly.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required per federal/state/local laws.
• Background histories considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws/regulations.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and follow reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeter; report hazards and violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; assist with access-control procedures and maintain order.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and communicate with site contacts and leadership.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at government facilities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas; report unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with access-control procedures and helping to maintain an orderly environment.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
