Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Compliance in Riverside, CA to safeguard government locations and provide exceptional customer service. You will perform regular patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents while reporting observations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (21+ for armed roles) for unarmed positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in compliance with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing as required by state/local laws; driver’s license for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public per site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of public areas, buildings, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Monitor entrances/exits, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/incident documentation.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, observe and report security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication to visitors and staff. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Tue: 02:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Wed: 02:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Thur: 02:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a government location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of public areas, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and public-service agencies as directed by site procedures.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and authorized access points; verify credentials when applicable and maintain visitor and incident documentation.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and operational concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
