Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol in South Dennis, MA to provide reliable, flexible coverage with fixed anchor shifts and opportunities to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

Pay rate is $25.00 per hour. The role offers day-time shifts including Saturdays, with a target to scale hours up to full-time as needed, and participation in a platform for additional shifts.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation conducted per federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking locations, and property perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting unusual conditions and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, patrols, and daily activities.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol in South Dennis, MA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeSat10:00 PM - 08:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, property policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking locations, and property perimeter to help identify and report security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, patrols, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site‑specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
