Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Unarmed Roaming Patrol in South Dennis, MA. You will provide courteous security and customer service, patrol residential areas, and maintain a welcoming environment through teamwork and professional conduct.

As an integral part of our team, you will monitor access points, respond to incidents, and complete daily reports, ensuring safety for residents, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Background histories considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen to extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements as per state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and policies.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting unusual conditions and security concerns.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation with professional communication.

As an Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service. You will respond to situations with professionalism, communicate clearly, and contribute to a welcoming environment through teamwork, reliability, integrity, and a people-first approach.

Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and resident activity, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while maintaining professional communication with residents and site staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
