Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, patient or visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas, including building interiors, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location; report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and potential hazards to appropriate site personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional and respectful presence.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide compassionate customer service and clear communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
