Allied Universal in Prince George, VA is seeking a Security Officer – Full Time Badge Patrol. You will monitor and patrol a food and beverage site, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, support access control, and deliver professional customer service to employees and visitors.

The position offers Daytime/Night shifts, an hourly pay of $16.44, and opportunities for training and career growth within a supportive, values-driven team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations following site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking areas, access points, perimeter locations and exterior grounds.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, maintain logs, and support controlled entry and exit procedures.
• Document observations and patrol activity in accordance with Allied Universal reporting procedures.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Badge Patrol in Prince George, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with team members and visitors while using technology to document and report observations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking areas, access points, perimeter locations, and exterior grounds to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, maintain required logs, and help support controlled entry and exit procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
