You will protect clients across aerospace/defense locations by following site procedures, conducting patrols, and monitoring access to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by following site procedures and responding to events.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials to maintain controlled entry per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly, escalating as needed to site contacts or emergency personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain logs for patrols, incidents, and observations.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.95 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 01:30 PM - 09:30 PM
• Wed: 05:30 AM - 01:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain controlled entry to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for patrols, incidents, and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
