Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Services in La Jolla, CA. You will patrol, deter incidents, and deliver excellent customer service to tenants and visitors while maintaining calm, professional communication.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and vendor activity in accordance with site procedures; communicate access-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. Pay Rate: $21.42 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
